I recently noticed a few "Sponsored Stories" from Commonwealth Bank pop up in my Facebook newsfeed…
I instantly thought to myself "are these guys insane? Do they not realise people can comment on these ads…?" I couldn't avoid clicking on the comments tab to see the disgruntled customers and ex-customers vent their frustrations with Comm Bank (because they 'can').
I did see the occasional futile attempt from Comm Bank to comment back, but it was quickly drowned out with hundreds of complaints.
I'm all for experimentation… but these guys should know better (or at least the agency managing their campaigns should know better).

PS. Comm Bank if you're looking for a new Digital Agency... ;)
