Our task was to re-launch Century 21 Australia with the key being Personalisation of the Agent. We built on and localised the new international Century 21 concept of moving from more traditional real estate brand position to putting agent first.
This was the first example of a real estate agent network focusing on agents, rather than traditional brand advertising. Since launching the campaign, the network has seen a strong increase in franchise development.
We designed & produced all collateral, including personalised office fliers, DL fliers, signboards, open for inspection collateral, print ads, etc. We designed and built a new website http://www.century21.com.au
But we think the coolest thing we did was script & produce their new television commercials:
